Travel Broadens the Mind
Our world is a great mixture of places, people, things, built by humans, or other, created by nature. It is like a huge whirlpool, twirling you in its deep layers of knowledge.

To travel means to discover. To discover new and unknown facts and images, which are so drily described in books and on television. Some people say that there is no difference between visiting a place and reading about it. But imagine what will be the feeling when you read about the beauty of Venice and see some photos of its canals and squares, compared to the one when you are there. When you travel in a boat along 'Canale Grande', inbreathe the salt air and touch the little blue-greenish waves with the top of your toes. Even this little experience imprints a sweet memory in your mind, making you smile whenever it shows on the surface of your thoughts.

To travel means to communicate. To meet lots of different, unique people, which bring with themselves the knowledge for their cultures, traditions, habits, preferences, ideas...They show you their views for life, their likes and dislikes...or even how they prefer to drink their cup of coffee in the morning. And everything has its charming side. And all of it is special, broadens your own sight towards the less or more important things, which surround us.

And all what is left, is to pack our luggage and head to a new journey. To enterprise the world, and discover its tiny little secrets, which make it such a wonderful place to live in.

St Augustine once said, "The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page." This quote suggests that each and every one of us should travel and see the outside world rather than just ours. Many people don't really see the point of travelling, and the most common excuse is it's a waste of time; money or it's scary to travel to places that are too far away. People don't recognize the importance and outlook in travelling. It's very essential to educate ourselves and know the countries around us and the different cultures and traditions. One of the principal values of travelling is that, it breaks the monotony of life and work.…

One thing is for certain, we only serve to gain from our travels. Two paths await you when you travel. You can leave behind all the comforts of home and set off for a sheltered location that provides all the same comforts available to you at home. Or you can take the second route. Shed your lifestyle, customs, and certainties and escape into a new world that you can fully embrace. Trust me, the second path is always more fulfilling, plus the stories you come home with will be even better than any spa retreat could ever serve up. Travel should be something you learn from as much as to enjoy. Anyone can travel, but smart travelers will approach everything with an open mind and heart that allows them to see the real beauty in the places they set out to explore. Here are some of my favorite travel quotes to get you thinking differently about the way you travel. On Why You Should Travel Experience travel, these are as education in themselves. Euripides He who does not travel does not know the value of men. Moorish Proverb Wandering re-establishes the original harmony which once existed between man and the universe. Anatole France The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page. St. Augustine Motivation To Go Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds. Explore. Dream. Discover. Travel Or Journey There?

We love mysteries, sometimes life is the greatest mystery, so that the destination is not always the greatest mystery, but the journey there. "It is most useful and travel," said Michel de Montaigne, he had not quite the same thoughts when I go into the aircraft or put me into the camper to parents, but the message is undoubtedly the same. I have learned a lot of my grandparents. My grandfather taught me to always appreciate the journey to the destination, perhaps in itself is the same value as the time you spend at your destination. One of the chief of traveling is that everyone perceives it differently. To find out what you think is lovely when traveling is helping to define and shape…

I want to travel. I want to travel to any places, especially those popular with backpack tour. I’ve been asked, why do you want to travel? Well, I told him that I want to learn new things. Things like what? Things where our own country and home doesn't have. What do you mean by that? Any difference of our country and other countries? Well, of course there are. At least I want to see how the people lives at other countries. I want to see what our differences are, and what our similarities are as well. I can know how does their country work and operate. Travelling is also, a way to relieve stress. So, why not travel? And also, you learn how to live in different conditions, in different ways, in different environment, surrounded by different people. You can learn how to communicate and interact with different people. You'll be amused by how other people respond to problems, what they think about issues. What do they think they should do to improve either themselves or the country? Travelling is also a challenge in a way, as it trains both our mentality and physicality. In my opinion, it can broaden our mind as we can gain experience from our travelling. There's a saying, which I guess everyone had heard of before: Don't be a frog in the well. Because if we do, we are limiting ourselves to many other part and aspects of life that could have gone much better than you can imagine, and that's if you choose to be that way, 'cause there's no certainty if you'll do better, because life, has its ups and downs, how you want it to be, all depends on how you want it to be and how u respond and handle it. True story. Alright, let's go back to travelling. Hmmm... In a way, I do think that travelling brings out our true personality and character. Whether you're travelling alone or with some buddies, in travelling, most of the time, there's no doubt that you'll be letting yourself enjoy every moment of it. And that's where your true personality and character show itself. Hence, to…
