According to Northouse (2016) transformational leadership model is the process of transforming the organizational behavior, culture, individuals, and eventually the leader. Transformational leaders constantly communicate to the team members new visions in order to motivate the organization, establish high passion and confidence, and continually maintain ethical and values within the organization. Creating a positive ethical culture within the workforce will assist in a work atmosphere strong in ethics and values (Northouse, 2016).
