Tone Of The Poem Christmas 1970
The title "Christmas 1970", means the authors memories of Christmas in 1970. In Christmas 1970 the author recalls putting together a silver Christmas tree, branch by branch, first the stand goes up, then they put each branch in its place. Each branch is numbered and fits perfectly into its base. To remember your first Christmas tree and putting it together is amazing, wonderful and precious all rolled into one. This poem is like reliving a very happy time in your life and a memory to cherish all in one.

    A great work of art that has a great impact on my life is the novel A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickson. The story tells of a cold hearted, selfish business man named Ebenezer Scrooge, who is visited by his deceased business partner Jacob Marley and three ghosts on Christmas Eve.
