Turkey and Georgia both have semi-presidential systems. A large difference between the two Governments is the amount of power the president holds. In Georgia, the majority of the power resides with the prime minister. The prime minister is the head of government with full executive authority over domestic and foreign affairs. This chapter is very interesting to me because it focuses on the viewpoints of the Fante people. In the source, An Argument for African Self-Rule, James Afrikanus Horton tells the British people that the Fante were in fact “civilized” enough to self-govern, a lot of Fante were in fact educated in schools in England and Scotland, and those educated at western schools in the native land were just as bright. He is also telling African readers to takes steps toward self-governing. He then begins to give recommendations to the British for the specific situation of the Fante. Horton believed that the Fante still needed British help even though they were “civilized” enough to govern themselves because of the impending threat of an attack by the neighboring Asante to the north.…

The forest region consists of dense forest and covers approximately one-third of the country. In Ivory Coast, there are approximately eight major urbanized cities. Their structures are modernized office buildings, condominiums, and have some French –style restaurants. The urbanized cities are home to more than fifty percent of the Ivory Coast’s population that are of high-class statute. They determine their social classifications by wealth and urban housing mainly like other countries do. Their leading export goods were cocoa, pineapples, and palm oil just to name a few. Although French is their official language, they have over sixty native languages that divided into four different major branches of the Niger-Congo language. However, this would lead to risks such as project delays, increases in budget, lost revenue and diminished reputation in other foreign countries. Also, it would lead to a bad public relations image for the company. Therefore, the Mouse BATNA is very weak and it is in their best interest to find and agreement that satisfies all parties.…
