To What Extent Was President Lincoln's Assassination Justified Or Unjustified
Have you ever wondered if president Lincoln's assassination was justified or unjustified. President Lincoln was the 16 president and he was born in February 12, 1809 in Hodgenville, KY. His height was 6′ 4 and he was assassinated in April 15, 1865 at Washington, D.C. Abraham lincoln's assassination was unjustified because he freed the slaves and he forced General Robert E. Lee to surrender; Although his decisions made the confederates very angry. President lincoln also achieved many thing while being president. One of them was that he would let black soldiers fight for the union. He also signed many acts like Homestead Act, Morrill Act,and he also signed a legislation titled the National Banking Act. He also had a lot of different speeches. The thing that he was mostly know for was for freeing the slaves and also fighting in the civil war. President Lincoln's major achievement was freeing the slaves. I think that was one of the main issues why he got killed because he got everybody that owned

In that time there was a lot of rebellion going on after the president freed the slaves and many groups were formed to try to kill the slaves. President lincoln tried his best to protect all the freedmen but most of the time he failed. He also had future plans for them. The main reasons President Lincoln got killed were because him freeing the slaves, His decisions about slaves, and Him making Robert E. Lee surrender in the civil war. He gave slaves their citizenship, He forced the confederate troops to surrender at Appomattox and he got some great achievements during his term in the presidency.
