A blind spot is when people don't understand what someone else is thinking and act without realizing what the other person is going through. In the book “To Kill A Mockingbird” Atticus, the dad of the main characters, explains that “You never really understand a person until you stand in his shoes and walk around in them.” While it may be true that someone may have a hard time seeing life from your point of view, imagining life from their shoes is the best way to understand what their seeing.
