EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Time management skills have become most important in my life after the evaluation of my schooling and college going days. I have realised how the poor time management affected my different works.
In this report I have brought forward the reasons to choose time management as of my personal development objective and also the rules that I had followed to achieve the desired results. The golden rules are to develop the skill which gives guidelines on what are all the key features to have a look at the time of practising the skills. “Failing to plan is planning to fail” (Marx, 1982). Pre-planning the tasks with the help of to-do lists and prioritizing those tasks would helps to manage the time in a most effective way. ‘The best use’ and ‘wait productively’ are the simple techniques which help to handling the time productively. Golden rules offer other rules that tell how to handle difficult tasks and to overcome procrastination.
My organization skills could be accomplished with the help of practising these below rules. It helps to organize several things such as e-mail, paper, desk and other related stuffs.
While practising these skills, professional attitude would be developed. Time management skills create an opportunity to save several times and finishing off the tasks in given time as well. It helps to accomplish the goals in an efficient way. I could identify these all changes in my behaviour after

Common problems affecting proper management of time include interruptions, lack of delegating, not prioritizing, or ineffective planning.
