Reading Log 1
1. No one knows how good the former Syracuse point guard Michael Carter-Williams will be, but I think he will be the Rookie of the Year next of next season. There are two reasons here. First, the Philadelphia 76ers will give him sufficient time to prove himself. The 76ers even trade their All-star guard Holiday so MCW can be a starter in their line up. That ensures his statistics at least will not be too bad. Second, compares to other rookies, MCW is more mature to play in the new league. In other words, he is ready to play in NBA. His body is physically prepared for those high-intensity games. There is not very much point guard in this league like him, with that height, doing everything. That is why I think he will be the Rookie of the Year.
2. Knicks is going to be better. Haters consider this as a joke, but only Knicks fans know what is going on. We got the 2006 first pick Andrea Bargnani from Toronto. Compare with the former big shooter, Novak, Andrea is much more effective pick-setter. We also enhanced our defensive aspect. World-peace will make the Knicks a tougher team, and our oldest rookie in NBA will run the team smoothly. As usual, Melo will put the team on his shoulder, but JR Smith and Stoudemire will help him out.
