1. List three career paths that were identified as a high match for your interests and abilities.
The three career paths that were identified as a high match for my interest and abilities were information system management, entrepreneurship, and human resource management.

2. What major/minor(s) are you planning to pursue? Did your profile help you confirm your choice of major and/or minor(s)? Why or why not?The major I am planning on pursuing is Human resource management, and I was considering a minor in either Marketing or entrepreneurship. Although HRM was not identified as my first high match by the Career Leader, it was in the top 3 career paths that were recommended for me based on my abilities, and interest. HRM management is secure and rewarding, and it will allow me to be in charge of a team

What does your report say motivates you? Do you believe this to be true? Why or why not?
According to the report, I am highly motivated by the rewards, which I found it to be true. As I have stated earlier, I intended to start my own HR firm along with a small business. In order to ensure long term succession, I will need a career that offer finical rewards, mentorship and connections. For every business to succeed, it needs capital and experience, without them, the odds of a business succeeding will be very small.

5. What does the test indicate you should be alert for on the job or in a job search?
The test indicates that I should be alert for a job that best fit my interest and not only my abilities on the job or in a job search. According to the report, the interest will be my competitive advantage. If I accept a job that only fits my abilities or a job that will provide me great financial rewards without fitting with my interest, it will lead to failure, and unhappiness in the long run. On the other hand, if I were to take a job that I am truly interested in, I will be able to build or improve my skills, which could also lead to rewards in the
