If I do not believe in myself, no one will. Confidence has to do with inner thoughts of fulfilling a particular role. Building trust has pushed me to new experiences. Confidence is one of the foundations of leadership. Some examples of fundamental leadership that I can learn are effective problem solving, better communication, being a mentor, and to be able to hold team members accountable.
