CHAPTER 1
Introduction
Rationale of the study

Proponents choose this project Andy Marie’s Cakes and Balloons online ordering and Sales system because of several problems regarding of their current system which is manual type transaction. They found out that one of their difficulties that the Andy Maries Cakes and Balloons may encounter is the safe keeping of the documents like receipts of their expenses especially when they are tracing all of their weekly, monthly, and yearly expenses. When some receipts/records are lost, they would have some difficulties in recalling the exact figure of expenses incurred or perhaps would have some difficulties in reconciling the receipts of their expenses during work hours which may otherwise render inaccurate figures reflected in the report resulting either in overage or shortage and an apparent questionable act during audit for company’s annual financial statement. This study will help their business to improve their current transaction. Implementing this system can help the customer to order easier and hassle free. This project aim to develop an online web-based system to have the easiest and fastest way in ordering products through online. Andy Marie’s Cakes and Balloons Business is also another way of creating an atmosphere of good relationship between customers and owner of the company. This is very an important marketing strategy for the company in keeping their customers in order for the company to grow as well as for the business to survive in the long run. Through this system they can be improved by keeping in touch with important information to keep the business running and to effectively manage the key persons within the company and the customers as well.
With this reality, the proponents came up with an idea to develop an advanced Web-based application Computer Operating System. This could be a break-through for a modern process from manual system into automated system that can produce a more organized

As you may have recently seen/heard, the war started and lasted abruptly, the bomb has obliterated the entire city of St. Louis. And I am sure you have heard of the fireman that made our town famous. Yes, the one about Sir Guy Montag, how the “fireman” had to burn his own house down for having books in his home. The rare thing about that incident was what happened after his house was burned. He burned a man and killed the other two firemen. That was the thing that set me slim. The talk in this district is mad. You almost can bet what it’s about. It is either about the fireman who set the world on fire or the bomb that hurt everyone. The survivors are going insane! There is no order in this chaos we call a town! And I, as Captain Beatty’s replacement, have a few simple proposals as in how to restore the peace to this mad house I call home. There will be no more book burnings for this town. Not only will the books be kept safe, but they will be cherished. First off, I am going to make an organization called Books for Homes. Everyone will help restore the homes that were destroyed in the horrible tragedy. Each home and family will have one book. Everyone in the household will remember that one book and have it passed down to their family and so on and so on. Everyone will have a shred of knowledge of the past and will have some type of understanding of the times before. Secondly, there will be a town cleanup for a week. Our town was already dead before the bomb; it passed away from lack of knowledge and the truth. The bomb just got rid of the carcass of the town like a vulture on a dead body. I will help this town resurrect from the ashes of what once was to what it could be. Next everyone in the town will have a food drive to help feed the families that lost everything. This town will make a complete 360 ° flip. Everyone will have to act as one and unit to make the change. It takes one step to cross the…

The story of the Kite Runner is fictional, but it is rooted in real political and historical events ranging from the last days of the Afghan monarchy in the 1970s to the post-Taliban near present-day.
