Introduction
Nowadays, in a highly technological society, human productivity is made more efficient through the development of electronic gadgets with the advent of such modernization in education, one way to globalize the process of research is to realize that technology is advancing at an incredibly fast pace. Computers are not confined to being used for entertainment but in education as well.
Background of the Study Technology is important and helpful in everyone’s life. Computers help people do things or tasks easily and faster. Technology has a system and is organized in such a way keeping data records computing numbers, accomplishing a lot of transactions and reports. A system in the library is made to effect faster processing of transactions in searching for book titles, borrowing books, returning books, computing penalties and generating an accurate report. The development of Labor and Employment (DOLE), is the lead government agency tasked to protect and promote the welfare and well-being of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their dependents.
Statement of the Problem This study aims to help people who develop and implements responsive programs and services while ensuring fund viability towards the protection of the interest and promotion of the welfare of its member – OFWS. OWWA aims to achieve total satisfaction of its external and internal clients.
Objectives of the Study a. To protect the interest and promote the welfare of OFWs in recognition of their valuable contribution to the overall development of the nation. b. Facilitate the implementation of the provisions of the Labor code concerning the responsibility of the government to promote the well-being of OFWs. c. Provide social and welfare
