Theological Meaning of Angel
Angles and Hope I have decided to write about the topics of hope and Angles. This assignment was a lot more difficult than I had originally anticipated. I spoke more about Gods Angels. I choose to write the good angels, the one that come from God. I decided to elaborate on the topic of hope because at one point in my life I had no hope. I now realize that it is one of the important stepping stones when coming to Jesus Christ. It also ties in with faith and much more, but you must read more to find out. I put a lot of time effort in to this report and, spoke from the inner-most part of my heart. I had a very big revelation during this study. God used this assignment about hope and angles to strengthen and have a closer relationship with Him. I also noticed my husband reading the bible more; I believe its from my actions with all this intense relationship bible reading. I really think you will enjoy reading this assignment. Theological Meaning of Ángel I. The Word angel in English as we know it is angel. Well the word comes from the Greek word. Angelo means messenger. The Hebrew word means Malak which can also mean messenger. Malachi in the bible got his name from the word Malak so that his name has a meaning of messenger or angel. This fact really interests me because I was going to name my son Malachi; I really wish I would have named him Malachi now that I have learned this. I have discovered in the Old Testament theology included a belief in angels. In haven there was certain spiritual intelligences, they worked for God just like they were ministers of His will. I foswund lots of verses that relate the topic of angles to theology. One of them is Matthew 11;30, I like it because it gives me a vivid description of angels. Angels are purely spiritual or bodiless. Matthew 11;30.
Biblical Meaning II. Now I am going to do try my very best to explain on the subject of Angels. The best

N.T Wright is described in Christianity Today as, “one of the most prolific biblical scholars in a generation”1. His extensive theological and biblical work is made evident in his book, “Surprised by Hope”. This book successfully corrects many misconceptions in the general and Christian population, about what the Christian hope is. In his book, “Surprised by Hope,” N.T. Wright thoroughly, precisely, and somewhat aggressively, discusses in three distinct sections, the future hope for Christians, as well as how this future hope should be the foundation for a present day hope.…

    51) “verily, verily” The word is transcribed into our Amen. John never, like the other Evangelists, uses the single verily, and like the single word in the Synopsis’s, it is used only by Christ. “Open” is the perfect participle. The participle signifies standing open, and is used in the story of Stephen’s martyrdom, Acts 7: 56 compare to Isaiah. 64:50. The image presented to the true Israelite is drawn from the history of his ancestor Jacob (Genesis 28: 12). The “Angels” used with the exception of (John 12: 29 and John 20: 13), John does not use the word “angel” elsewhere in the Gospel or in the Epistles, and does not refer to their being or ministry. Trench (“Studies in the Gospels”) cites a beautiful passage of Plato as suggestive of Lord’s words. Plato is speaking of love. “He is a great spirit, and like all spirits he is intermediate between the divine and the mortal. He interprets between gods and men, conveying to the gods the prayers and sacrifices of men, and to men the commands and replies of the gods, he is the mediator who spans the chasm which divides them, and in him all is bound together, and through him the acts of the prophet and the priest, their sacrifices mysteries and charms not with all prophets and incantation find their way. For God mingles not with man, but through Love all the intercourse and speech of God with man, whether awake or asleep, is carried on” ( “ Symposium,” 203). “Son of man” we can see on Luke 6: 22. Notice the titles…

    Gardian Angel

I believe a guardian angel is given powers from the good man upstairs. Guardian is to guard and angel is an angel sent from God. Religious people who have faith and believe in God are more typical to believe in guardian angels. It is a blessing from the good Lord to have a guardian angel walk by your side. A guardian angel is like a shadow and is always there to assist you from the evil. The little miracles that happen to a family or a person are the work of God and his helpers, the Guardian angel. For example, the time when I was eleven years old and I was helping my uncle Don paint a Denny’s restaurant. I was up on the upper deck painting the ceiling when I went too much on the side and fell straight down, at least 13 feet from the top. My uncle Don said that he found me on a pile of tarps sleeping. I know that I had a guardian angel looking over me at the time; it was as if my guardian angel took control of my body providing me some wings to slow me down from a bad and dangerous fall.…
