Theme Of Conflict In The Most Dangerous Game
The most prominent type of conflict in "The Most Dangerous Game" is man vs man. A man vs man conflict is when two characters have a problem with/against one another. This kind of conflict is seen between Sanjer Rainsford and General Zaroff. Sanger Rainsford is trying to escape from General Zaroff but is finding this difficult because of the other environmental and personal conflicts he is facing. General Zaroff wants to kill Sanger Rainsford and eat him, but also wants to have fun while doing it and hunt him, so he can feel presumably feel accomplished and less guilty for his actions.
