Narrative paragraph second draft

The Worst Day of my Life The loss of my grandfather was a disaster. It was the night before my great
grandfather died. First of all, my family and I were sitting down at home watching a
documentary about dolphins. Suddenly, I heard a knock in the door, so I went to open the
door to find that it was my grandfather. I kissed his hand and his head but he was not happy
as usual because he did not give me attention. The Strange thing was that he went directly to
my bedroom where he always sleeps when he visits us; however, he did not salute my family
or sat with us as usual. I told my parents that my grandfather was in my bedroom and he was
sleeping. They said to me that he was tired and he was old so he needs some rest. I did not
believe them because my grandfather was always happy and he slept in my bedroom on
Friday afternoon after we eat lunch. After thirty minutes, I had to watch my favorite show, so
I went to my room, I opened my bedroom door and sat on my brother bed because my
grandfather was sleeping in my bed. After the show finished, I had to wake him in order to go
to his home, but he did not respond me, he had passed away. I called my parents to see what
happened and they were shocking, even I was shocking because I remembered that I had just
talked to him. I miss him a lot and I cannot forget him because he died in my bedroom,
and whenever I went to my bed, I always remembered the moment he died and I am
always dreaming a bad dreams about him. In brief, the day when I lost my grandfather
was the worst day in my life.

I couldn’t believe it. He was very young, and seemed to be quite healthy. At that minute, my whole family sat around the living room sobbing our eyes out. It was probably the saddest moment of my life. For this reason, my family drove over to my Grandma’s house to meet the rest of my family. Once we got there, everyone was not doing well at all. We all mourned together for the next few days. During those few days, I noticed how everyone in our family accompanied each other, and how close we all became. I now realize that family is the most important thing, and they will always be there for…

Before that I had only known a few people who died, however, I had only met those people twice. Once, before I was old enough to remember, and again when they were no longer alive to help me make memories. Those people were only connected to me by the prefix "great" attached to their names, my great-grandmother, great-grandfather, great-uncles and aunts. They were all separated from me by two complete generations, this was someone I saw regularly. When he died I knew there would be no more adventures, the great quest was over before it truly…
