The World Dbq
There are many products in the world that help improve the appearance of people, but too much of these products may be harmful. The amount of chemicals are a very large percentage of these products. According to Source 1, there are 12 chemicals used in products, all in which can be harmful. When it comes to being “beautiful” or being healthy, many people would choose beautiful, but don’t know the effects of all the products. Also, according to Source 1, “researchers report that one in eight of the 82,000 ingredients used in personal care products are industrial chemicals.” Many people do not know this, and proceed to use the products, not knowing where they come from.
