As communication such as; cell phones, tablets, and the web has become a primary form of communication, and society do have an ethical obligation to ensure that all people have access to technology. Because in the world today all you see is technology around you. Such as for low income families there are cell and home phones that’s really affordable, when filling out an application for a job you no longer fill out paper applications, everything is online, so some stores provide a computer for people to put in an application with their company such as; Wal-Mart, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Lowe's, and etc. The Unemployment Commission provides computers and the web for people to find a job, whether it’s a State application, they also provide printers, fax machines, and telephones that’s more than enough help. Children in school now use computers and the web, cell and home phones. Computers, the web, and phones are everywhere such as; homes, schools, stores, and local libraries offer free web access for people with their own computer or tablet, and also has computers for the public to use. This world would be lost without technology, I know I would be, I love my cell phone, I love to text and search the web, and I pay bills, bank, and shop online. Technology is advancing day by day and access is always available to the community. Where I’m from; hotels, restaurants, and even school sites for example we have a University of Phoenix Center were you can talk to someone if you need any help, and also computers to use to do your work at any time and that’s really helpful.
