A physical disability do not has direct effect on intellectual disability, so the process of growth or development intellectual for the person with disability, cognitive development is closely dependent on communication abilities. A multidisciplinary team evaluate each student in special education programs and the team work professional, independently, or directly with the child. The transdisciplinary approach evaluate the children in the goals they looking for them to be part of others. The team has the model of service delivery, particularly for young children, because it encuragees intergration of services, which helps not only with generalization, but provides opportunity for everyone to know what the other is doing. 1-Arena assessment, where all of the professionals involved in the child's assess the students simultaneously .
2-Ongoing team interaction, where all of the professionals involved in a child's care share information and work together.
3-Role release, where each professional is willing to step outside of his or her role, or share role with other professionals.
