The Story Of The Three Little Pigs
The story of a wolf eating a trio of triplet pigs is widely known, but what about the story where the pig ate the wolf? In the short story “The Story of the Three Little Pigs”, the Littlest pig out of the three is the most admirable. The story is about three pigs that finally get to live on their own without their mother. The first two pigs build a home, but the Wolf blows away their homes and eats them. However, the third pig's home does not get blown away, so the Wolf tries to play tricks on the Pig so he can be his dinner. The three traits that contribute to the third pig being the most admirable pig is because he is brave, sly, and intelligent. First, a trait that makes the third pig the most praiseworthy is that he is brave. The third pig is first shown as brave when he scares the Wolf away. For example, the Wolf invited the third pig to go to the fair together so the Wolf can trap the pig and eat him for dinner. The pig is fully aware of this so, like all the other times, he shows up to the fair an hour earlier than the set time. When the pig is on his way home, he spots the wolf. The third pig is clearly the most admirable throughout the short story because he is shown being brave, sly, and intelligent. The third pig is displayed as brave when he decided to scare the wolf by rolling down the hill in a butter churn. Also, he showed he is sly when he snuck out to the turnip field where the Wolf and he were supposed to meet up but snuck away before the Wolf showed up. Lastly, the third pig shows his intelligence when he chooses to use brick as his house material because he knows it is more sturdy. To conclude, to be admired by others isn’t an easy task, but the third pig in this novel, with all his traits, certainly is the most praiseworthy
