I was born in a cool, tranquil Sunday night around 10.00 pm, on 14th June, 2012 in Akure, Ondo State Nigeria. I was born to the family of Pastor and Deaconess Patrick Olufunmilayo Adeniyi. I grew up among five boys and one girl and ours was a family where virtues of morals, integrity, respect to elders and godliness were tenderly and adherently instilled. Discipline was so silently, gradually and steadily entrenched in the family that no one needed to tell the others to shun vices like stealing, lying, backbiting and the like.…

I have endured and overcome many obstacles, which have taught me many valuable lessons and have empowered me to become who I am today. My childhood was different from others, I grew up in a single parent home. I watched as my mother worked as hard as she possibly could to provide for my siblings and I. It was just us, no family or very many friends. They were all left behind in order for my mother to start a new life in a new country. Everyday, when she came home, I remember thinking that my mother deserved so much more than having to work this toilsome job. I felt culpable whenever she came home with a backache or feeling extra weary. I would later come to find out why she was working harder, more than usual.…
