The Ranger's Apprentice Series
The Ranger’s Apprentice series does an outstanding job at making the reader involved in the book. The book brings enthusiasm and adventure to our minds. It opens up and brings imagination. An idea of this book or theme would be life. This can relate to a lot of the readers. People who aren’t home much or are home all the time. My relation to this book would be always having an adventure. No matter where I am, I continue to grasp the process and take it to be an adventure. In the Ranger’s Apprentice series, young Will is trying to become an apprentice to the battle academy, however, he had not been chosen into to the battle academy; but he was chosen by the Rangers. This relates to me deeply, due to the fact, that I’ve never been successful

It affects us all in our lives because people die all the time and people go through hard a time when people die and that's what happens in the book. I will be explaining how death is used in the book from the First World War and during the present day.…

The theme of the Novel would defiently have to be discovery. The reason why I chose this specific theme is because Anthony Robles talks about conquering the unknown. Also because Anthony discovers that he has great strength and found something that he loves. The reason why I believe that the Novel has been written is to motivate people and show them that anyone can reach there dreams.…

The theme of a book could be described as what the reader or audience has learned throughout reading the story. One way the theme is portrayed in this novel is when the soldiers would go home on leave for a little while. Another way the theme is portrayed throughout the novel is when you lost your friends and fellow soldiers in battle. “Theme is the underlying message or big idea that is portrayed throughout the story” (What is Theme in Literature). In reading this book you can learn that being a soldier during any war can be a hard road to go down. In the novel “All Quiet on the Western Front” by Erich Remarque, the theme of the story is how the main character learns that the effects of war is hard for some soldiers to deal with. The novel shows this theme in at least instance; going home from war on leave, losing your friends in battle,…

The theme of It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini is life is filled with problems, but you need to work through them, and learn about yourself. An example of this being the theme is while Craig is in the hospital he discovers his love for art after realizing how much he enjoys art Craig decides to go to art school instead of his original high school. By adding this the author wanted the reader to recognize Craig making concrete plans for his future. This showed that Craig learned about himself and what he enjoys doing giving him a reason to live. This reminds me of when I was younger and played club soccer. Another example of this being the theme is the end of the book when Craig continuously tells himself to live. This is significant…

Many people read books, and they perceive truths and realize ideals from them. In turn, readers are given to discussions about the topic of a book they recently finished, or they may recommend to other people books that made a strong impression on them. Why do people regard some books as important and make them into a guidebook for their lives? The reason is that books enlighten people and teach them essential things they need to carry out, understand, or enjoy their lives. Nevertheless, it is not true that all people like all books; in other words, a good story has something special, often its central characteristics, such as the plot or the theme. These are the indispensable features of a good story because these features have to be well harmonized to create a reading experience beloved by their readers.…
