The Masque Of The Red Death Analysis
Everyone know we born and later we die. But between them there is more. The Masque of the Red Death by Edgar Allan Poe represent the Seven Stages of Life with seven rooms.
The first room is the blue room. It represents the birth. The blue room is furthest to the east “in blue-and vividly blue were its windows” (76). Usually is the east the direction associated with “beginning”, and birth, because the sun rises in the east. After the birth started the time to growth up. Everything change when you come from the winter time to spring. The same is with human when they grow up and come from the childhood time to the teenager time. All blossoms and grows. And the same is going again when you come to the young adult time. It is the “summer and autumn” of a human life. That mean the first room is blue and represent infancy. After that we have the childhood which is associated with the purple room. Than you come in the green room. To the spring time in your life.
