Some of us have unfortunately conditioned ourselves to believe that a fun time is not spent sober. So often when people engage in fun adult activities they feel that they need to indulge in some sort of alcohol or drug. Over the course of time this becomes a habit and before you know it you feel strange when you are sober and it may seem as if you are missing out. This is not true, however.
