The Importance Of Dignity In The Catholic Church
The dignity of a human, is basically what makes them a person's race, culture, opinion, gender religion etc. Dignity is important because it allows individuals and groups to feel respected, valued and connected with others around them. Dignity and respect are considered basic human rights, and both help people feel a sense of worthiness and importance. Dignity involves a mutual effort among people listen, understand opinions and values and include one another in conversations. Human dignity is also very involved with human rights and peoples rights to respect and equal opportunities. ______________________________________________________________________________ The catholic church has beliefs of the human person and human dignity that is shown in their teachings. These teachings created by the catholic church, are aimed to support a social just community to show that human dignity is something that can’t be taken away from one's self. Everyone needs to be respected because someone humans dignity is something to not hate. However, some of the different teachings of different religions about human dignity have shown that there is more to what is be forgotten in the eyes of most people. Towards human dignity and rights, the human being has special dignity because we share in the powers of reason, freedom and judgement. And everyone shares in the same power to do what make them a human and have the abbilie to achieve the same opportunities. Both Catholic and Buddhiam share the same thoughts but different theories towards human dignity and rights towards one self. And every single religion has something to say about
