Views of our consumers are important to our company, and I know it is essential to meet their needs. We can achieve incredible outcomes for the new plans to our companies reaching this goal together. I know we can achieve this by changing a problem into an achievable solution; this will be beneficial to the company and fulfill the consumer’s wishes. This will be an improvement which meets the needs for all of us.

Backround and Goals

We have recently been aware of an ingredient in our products that may lead to obesity; due to this we are getting unnecessary press. This may be excessive but it can be addressed properly and promptly with your actions. You are able to give our company the access to directly do what is needed to get this issue resolved. You would also like to look at the resent allegations that lead to this and look at these statements. You do not want this to be more problematic and a continued dispute.
Proposed Plan On the foundation of The Coca Cola Company, we have experienced many issues that have been approached the correctly dating back to the beginning; we should now approach this issue with the following plan:

We are going to change our strategies to better understand what consumers are what from our company. We will develop a web page for our customers to express their concerns are about our products. While we will get many suggestions, we will focus on the problem at hand that is more current. We will consider the main points of the harmful comments, focusing on the problem at hand.
