The fall of Adam and Eve
After the fall of Adam and Eve in the garden of enden God put enmity between the serpent and Eve. (Gen 3: verses14-16 KJV). Eve seed was cursed and now man is born with a innate nature. Innate Nature is both good and evil and depending how one is raised will reveal which nature will prevail. Children growing up dosing have to be taught how to steal, or be jealous or have hate for his brother. A good example of this was Cain and Able because of jealous Cain killed Abel (Genesis 4:8 KJV). As I think of today children at a young age they take things that don’t belong to then and lie about it. I see it all the time with my student. “Training up a child in the way he should go and he will not depart” hopefully this off set the innate evil with in. I know this for a fact because I was a child who developed into a young lady and ask God into life.
I believe if man look unto Jesus he will act benevolently toward mankind, and would not enter into a conflict with his fellow man. In Conclusion there is strong correlation between humanity; ethics and Salvation .You need all 3 to work in harmony to make a Christian worldview.

The word of God tells us to prove all things ( I Thessalonians 5:21). For me I consider the word of God to be true because I have tested the word when it comes to different experiences in my life. When I needed guidance, protection, comforting, supplying of my personal needs even money and spiritual help he was there, (Philippians Ch 4-19 KJV). In the time of sorrow during the pasting of my love ones, and more then once when going to court he was with me. The word says “blessings are they that mourn for they will be comforted,” (Matthew 5:4 KJV). When I had a fire back in 2005 I was waken up by the presents of God he kelp me calm so that I could get to safety. A week before that he sent a stranger to me he came to talk to me about insurance while sitting at the kitchen table he kept hearing my fire alarm go off. He offered to change my

“Billy stared into the patina of the corporal's boots, saw Adam and Eve in the golden depths.”(Chapter 2) This is a biblical allusion to Adam and Eve, the mother and father of humanity in the Judeo-Christian tradition. They symbolize a state of purity and the assured falling, which get them both kicked out of heaven. It is Billy’s fate to wander through time just as it is Adam and Eve’s fate to walk the…

“Adam and Eve” and “Porphyria’s Lover” both have a unique story between a man and a woman. The poem written by Tony Hoagland, “Adam and Eve”, explains about a man showing anger towards the woman and how he wanted to hurt her. Hoagland wrote, “she held her mile white hand agitatedly / over the entrance to her body and said No, / and my brain burst into flame” (14-16), which gives the readers the idea of how the man was furious. Another line Hoagland wrote, “I wanted to punch her right in the mouth and that’s the truth” (1) explains how the man would use violence towards the woman and that he reveals his honesty of how he feels about her. In the middle of the poem, the man became curious about if he actually meant to hurt the woman who he became very uncertain where Hoagland quoted, “Is a man just an animal, and is a woman not an animal?” (26). The man began to ask questions about how men are the animals, which he meant men are more aggressive and fierce and that women are define as human beings meaning they are more passionate and reasonable. Hoagland’s last two lines, “Until we say the truth, there…

The clash between good and evil has been a prominent theme in literature. The Bible presents the conflict between good and evil in the story of Adam and Eve. Many authors use the scene in the Bible in which the snake taunts and tempts Adam and Eve to take a bite of the apple of knowledge to demonstrate the frailty of humankind. John Gardner provides these same biblical allusions of good and evil in his novel, Grendel.…

According to most of the people in the world, one of the biggest problems that we face is not the failing world economy or the growing civil unrest in the Middle East. Instead most people in the world believe that we are the main problem, before any of the other struggles that might be going on. A better way of saying it would be that we as humans are the cause of the problems that we face. Those problems stem from the fact that we as humans don’t always get along with each other. Some people even say that if there weren’t so many “stupid” people in the world, it would be better place to live and there would also be fewer struggles around us. In the Bible we see that mankind has struggled to get along with each other since the fall of Man in the Garden of Eden. Since the Fall of Man, each of us is born with a sinful nature inside of us that makes us want to sin and rebel against what God would want us to do. In fact, God wants us to get along with each other and His Word is a great place to look to when it is difficult to get along with a co-worker or family member. With all of the knowledge of the Bible, and what it’s teaching could help us to do in getting along with others, we as humans still pick and choose what we believe to be the best solution when it comes to dealing with other people; whether it is good or bad for the relationship.…

This extends in many directions: political, economic, and cultural, but also to the realms of the self, the family, and the church. The Christian worldview holds the Word—the Word made flesh—as revealed in the Holy Scriptures as the “sole authority for faith and practice.” Therefore, the Christian worldview ceases to be Christian if Jesus is not the final authority with regard to ethics and worldview. We can glimpse how God sees the world by studying how Jesus taught and lived. In relation to the “external, legal, ceremonial conformity to the law” which characterized Jewish righteousness in his day, Jesus’ righteousness was “internal, spontaneous, [and] never in adherence to a fixed set of rules for behavior.” This is not to say Jesus’ ethical teachings were relativistic but rather pointed toward the “righteousness of God” and not the customs of the culture. This leads the Christian to the third person of the trinity; it is the Spirit which allows the individual of faith to develop his or her moral character. Henlee Barnette declares, “To be guided by the Spirit . . . is to be led into a knowledge of the will of God as revealed in Christ.” Love is the basic ethical principle of the Christian worldview;…

Many of the religions of the world have a creation story, some share common elements, while others are something much different. Three creation stories that share similar structure are, “The Creation and Emergence” of the Jicarilla Indians, “The Golden Chain” of the Yorubans, and the story of “Genesis” of the Hebrews. Each of these stories gives the background for the creation of earth and man, but each shows how the way of life in a particular religion is evidence in its creation story. While these three stories share many similarities they also differ in more ways than one.…

The Bible records in the book of Genesis a pentapolis along the plains of the Jordan Valley of which two of the cities within the pentapolis are infamous for their destruction. The cities are known as Sodom and Gomorrah and their names known amongst Christians and non-Believers primarily due to their destruction and acts of sodomy. Both of these cities are known for their wickedness and ultimate destruction, but there is also a tremendous amount of controversy over where the cities lay. In this paper I will attempt to identify the archaeological site for Sodom and Gomorrah, the dates in which the patriarchs lived, evidence for the destruction of both cities, and compare the weaknesses and strengths of the evidences which are provided by those who believe the cities were located at either the northern or southern end of the Jordan Valley.…

A Christian worldview should influence the way we interact with others because we live and work around people every day who have their eternity hanging in the balance. The way we live our lives can be a great influence on these people, and can ultimately affect their willingness to investigate Christianity based upon the way that we treat them on a daily basis.…

A biblical worldview should influence the way you think about, treat, and speak to others on a daily basis because we should treat people how we would want to be treated, Matthew 7:12 (ESV Bible). If we are to believe that God created us in His likeness and He commands us to go out and make disciples for Him then we would have to also believe that we should think, treat and speak to others in a Christ like manner on a daily basis. To not do so would make us as Christians look hypocritical in the eyes of non-believers.…
