The Effects Of Exercise Want to live longer, feel better about your self, or perhaps have a better appearance?. The answer to these questions is " do exercise." The benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Performing regular physical activity can improve the mental and psychological health of a person; It also has a great number of benefits for their physical health. Physical activity is crucial to general health. In fact, a physical activity helps prevent and control a wide range of health problems such as strokes, diabetes, depression and even cancer. Exercise has positive benefits for those who have diabetes. It can lower blood sugar levels and improve cholesterol levels. Inactivity is one of the major risk factors for heart disease. However, exercise helps improve heart health, and in some cases can even reverse heart disease. Exercise also has a beneficial effect on people receiving treatment for cancer. Many studies have indicated that regular physical activity may reduce the risk of colon, breast, and prostate cancers. Patients who have completed their cancer treatments and exercise, have shown physical well being and a better quality of life. There is a little evidence that exercise can correct major depression problems, but some research studies have suggested that exercise may have antidepressant effects. Although exercise has many benefits to health, it is not the main reason why people decide to engage themselves in a physical activity. The main reason people decide to start a physical activity is to improve their appearance. Although there are more important reasons to exercise, there is not a more powerful motivator than improving the way we look. It's no secret that appearance is fundamental to finding further motivation to keep exercising. Even though health is not the main reason to exercise, people improve their health by trying to improve their image. Exercise affects our appearance in many good ways,
