Graduate Program, Accounting Information System, 2009 Gunadarma University http://www.gunadarma.ac.id Keywords : Stock ABSTRACT : Financial ratio describing a relationship or balance between a certain number with another number. Financial ratio analysis can be used to guide investors and creditors to make decisions or judgments about company achievements and future prospects. One way of processing and interpreting accounting information, which is expressed in relative and absolute terms to describe a particular relationship between the number of one with another figure of a financial report. The purpose of this research dalah to know how the relationship and influence between NPM, EPS, DER, ROA, BV, OPM, ROE, and to know the ratio of the most influential. The object of this research are Agro-industry company listed on the Stock Exchange LQ45 in Indonesia. The methodology of research in writing this using secondary data from financial ratio analysis of financial statements of listed companies on the index Agroindustry LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2004-2008. The analytical tool used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis. After doing this research conclusion is that the relationship between NPM, EPS, ROA, BV, OPM, ROE, stock price has a positive relationship, whereas the relationship between the DER as the price is negative. The influence of financial ratios to the stock price either simultaneously showed that the independent variables namely NPM, EPS, DER, ROA, BV, OPM, ROE affect the dependent variable is the stock price. and partially ROA affect stock prices significantly. While NPM variables, EPS, DER, BV, OPM, ROE does not affect the stock price. And ROA is the most influential financial ratios to the stock price

    The results revealed that R2 is .230 which suggests a 23.0% explanatory ability of the estimation for the systematic variations in the dependent variable with an adjusted value of .230(23.0%). The unexplained variation is 77.0% (1-.230). The results showed that EPS is statistically significant at 5% level in explaining VEQ. It can be seen that EPS has a larger and beta coefficient (.276) and it is carrying the right sign (+) in absolute terms than BVPS. The beta coefficient suggests that a unit change in EPS will result to approximately 27.6 kobo change in VEQ. It thus follows that 1 kobo change in EPS will result to approximately 27.6 kobo change in VEQ inspite of the mandatory adoption of the international financial reporting standards. The Book Value per Share (BVPS) beta coefficient -.013 implies that BVPS is not significant.     ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to examine the influences of earnings per share and dividend payout ratio to common stock holding period. The research was conducted at the companies listed in the LQ-45 Index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2010. This type of study is a hypothesis-testing research. The research method used in this research is purposive sampling. Sample in this study are companies registered in the LQ-45 Index that have complete data for the variables studied. Sum of the sample is the 45 sample acquired during the three years of observation. Data collection techniques using secondary data from financial statements that have been audited and published and quantitative data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). Data is analysed by using multiple regression analysis.     This report is a compilation of ratio analyses of three major cement producing companies in Bangladesh, which are Aramit Cement Company, Confidence Cement Ltd. and Heidelberg Ltd. We have analyzed the ratios of 5 years starting 2007 to 2011. It can be seen from our analysis that these companies have been facing an upward trend in asset management ratios, liquidity ratios and profitability ratios from 207 to 2010. Afterwards the ratios started to fall. In our interpretations we have found out why such changes occurred. Moreover, we also calculated and tested the financial flexibility and financial liquidity positions of the companies in the respective years.
