Our work time adds up yearly, and our school time adds up quarterly. With yearly working we earn seniority; with yearly schooling we earn a degree. Importantly, our time should be used wisely, regardless of work, school, or home. Work and school can be physically and mentally stressful on people. Both can play a part in the stress we have at home. Even though, people are not sure of what path they will travel; there is a difference in work and school; likewise, they can effect people in the same matter. People expect to be paid for everything, whether it is work or school. At work we are paid a weekly paycheck, and at school we are paid in knowledge daily from what we learn. Working yearly over a period of time at the same job can gain us extra benefits; while, schooling adds up quarterly filling our minds with knowledge. Yearly working can earn us seniority with a company, and yearly schooling will earn us a degree. In the end, both work and school will pay off; as long as, we apply ourselves. Our home time is important and we should spend our time wisely, so that we have time to relax and rest. Last of all, with time so valuable at work, school, or home people should always schedule their time sensible. Work and school can both be physicality and mentality stressful for people. Many students of today have different attitudes towards education based on money. Many students have to pay for their schooling, while many do not. Students that have to work to finance their own education will succeed over those who have their education handed to them. Having to work in order to learn is very difficult to do and will teach the student to respect and appreciate the education that he or she is pursuing. The attitudes of those who have education handed to them most definitely contradict those who don't, which places an entirely different perspective on the education system for each type of person.…

There are two very important things I try to always remember when trying to balancing work and school. Responsibility which plays a big part in having good time management. If I am not responsible then it doesn’t mean anything. I have learned to be responsible and try to keep up my school work. To be responsible you must have determination. Determination to me is a very important skill when trying to stay focused on school. Part of being responsible is staying on task with what needs to be done. You need determination to complete your goals and the best way to do that is don’t forget what you are working for. For example I am finding it very hard to stay focused while working and taking care of my everyday things in life. I always remind myself of how important, what I am working for. I know that school can be tough to maintain on top of family and friends but also I know that it plays a vital part in my objective. So staying determined in excelling in school always comes first and as long as I remember that, I can balance my life much easier. My name is Kristina. I am in my late twenties, I live with my partner and have no kids. Right now I am working at a resort doing front desk and also working at Jiffy Lube and attending school so you can say I work 3 jobs. I have a pretty set schedule wake up go to work and come home. Every day I have to try to make time for my studies. So, it is important to make the decisions selecting careers and jobs, allocating roles and responsibilities that will provide the opportunity for balance. The real task of balance takes place on a weekly and daily basis. So many people like me stress so much because of this task but they don't know it can be very simple. Like myself lots of people do not have the time to go to a classroom when you have a jobs and/or a family to support and spend time…

Nelson here tells us that most of the people do different jobs in order to meet their extra expenditures. They may save money to buy a new car, house, etc. But time cannot be saved in the same way as the people save money. As there is famous English saying: “Time once gone cannot be recalled.” People often face problems of time management when they have to do overwork. The writer gives us three useful tips in order to save our time. He suggests that the teachers should prepare lists of different tasks and activities which they accomplish during a day or within a week. They may take help from their partners to make such lists. After preparing these lists, they will be able to know which of these activities are useful or otherwise. Having done these simple self-perception exercises, teachers will get some idea how they spend a day or a week. The next step after this analysis is to prepare time-log which will surely help in saving time. One can make a time log for a full day or a lesson plan. Time-log includes start of the day or a lesson, intervals, meetings, answer question session, lunch break, tea break, etc. To the writer, time-log will always benefit the teacher in many ways. For example staff will be able to monitor each other’s use of time, get direct feedback from pupils,…
