The Cause of Insomnia
Insomnia, which is a big problem, has a negative effect on people’s daily life. It is obvious that insomnia makes a lot of inconvenience for people’s physical condition and psychological emotion. Even nowadays people still not find out the exact reason that caused insomnia, but there are definitely some factors that contribute to this situation which is In the contemporary world that more and more people have problems in insomnia. These can be attributed to irregular sleeping patterns and emotional factors.
Irregular lifestyle is one of the most influential personal factors. The irregular lifestyle can be caused by many ways. For instance, some works have special requirements. Some jobs such as work in TV station always need the workers stay up to finish their jobs. Many youth always like playing games or watching dramas during the whole nights. Consequently, during a long time in this way, they can not have a good sleep at night.
Emotional factor, which is a negative reason, leads to insomnia, accounts a big part of the main factor contributes to insomnia. The excessive pressure can cause a person has problem in their spirit. Everyone has pressure from a variety of sections, especially from work or study. Stephanie Sung, which is a famous singer from Singapore, had a bad insomnia several years ago. She said that she just could go asleep for 4 hours a day reluctantly and had a bad condition in her work and life. In that period she lost lot weight and just had 40kg. The negative moods conclude sad, excitement, anxiety and lots of emotion. People will feel sad because of the death of their family member, excited because of the date with lover, anxiety because of the significant test. Things always happened and bring us different moods.
In brief, irregular sleeping patterns and stress and negative emotions, which can cause insomnia, should attract people pay more attention to these parts
