The Biblical Worldview
If I was assigned to a new job in another nation and the nation did not embrace the Biblical Worldview, I would try to gather knowledge on their worldview to see how it can relate to the Biblical Worldview. I would need to be familiar with what that nation study’s and believe in order to be prepared for the assignment. It is very difficult to convince a nation to have the same beliefs of the Biblical Worldview but by understanding theirs it can help with completing the assignment. The savvy global manager seeks to understand each of these dimensions as they impact decision making, negotiations, and ongoing critical to long-term success. The astute global manager knows how to effectively integrate the new culture with the existing culture (Satterlee,
