The Best Thing in Life Are Free
Most people do not know what are the best for themselves in this life, so that is, they are striving to achieve things by spending millions of dollars considering that these are the best. rich people strongly believe that material things give them happiness. They claim that for money they can have everything they need to live comfortably and happily. Expensive cars, big houses and exotic trips - these are the things that most of us want to have. Moreover, many people are convinced that thanks to money, they can have many friends and that they will be respected.
However I agree with this cliché that the best things in life are free. We have numerous valuable advantages at our hands without our awareness such as our parents’ love, our health and our indispensable talents.

First and foremost, love plays an integral part in everyone’s life and there is no kind of money which can transfer with that special good. In fact, our parents love us the most, so we cannot substitute it with anything. Their inexhaustible love keeps us motivated in further life. We feel loved and cared for at home and can share our problems with them any time. There is not such a great pleasure in the world except this. We have two guides such as mother and father in every period of our lives, who take our hand and point out way to us. Actually, receiving love from others is a wonderful gift, especially from who we love. This costs no money but sacrifice, care and patience. This unforgettable love and patient constancy by them towards us is

    tim blixseth essay

Tim Blixseth kept explaining to us how most rich people he know were cocky, arrogant, stuck up or flamboyant. Tim was nothing like that; he didn’t want people to judge him accordantly to the other rich people. He strongly hated the fact that most rich people are jerks and looked down toward the middle/lower class. Money does change people a lot. I feel like if you were born with money and everything given to you, than you would be a stuck up person. But if you worked hard for your money than you know where you can from and would be cared hearted toward the lower class. Money is the root of all evil. It gives the wealthy a since of more power, makes them believe they rule us. By thinking this way, we all are going to be in trouble if they can get any more power. I believe that not all wealthy people do not have this type of attitude but most are by the way they were raised. But I believe that if you are raise your children properly and teach them the correct morals of life, then you can be a great person with the wealth.…

Wealth is something people want not what people need. Generations have come up with many different ideas of how to gain wealth, whether it’s inheriting it from family or working for it, it's still wealth. People think being rich and having a nice house or a nice car or having money to do whatever they want will make them happy. Humans will judge others based on their wealth even though it may not be necessary. Because of this, people want to be wealthy and not judged. Being in a high state of wealth can give oneself the hope to achieve many new, exciting things. In F. Scott Fitzgerald's, The Great Gatsby, wealth is a big deal. People are separated into East egg and West egg, based on how wealthy they are. East egg is for wealthy, high class…

    Lemieux Analysis

We have all dreamed about being rich, what we would buy, how we would spend every penny. In these day dreams we never think about others much, especially not some homeless person begging on the corner for their dinner. Even if you weren’t a millionaire, but had a few thousand in the savings account, would you give a few dollars to someone in need? Most people would say yes, but those people don’t have thousands in their banks either. Being wealthy comes with a different mind-set than someone who is poor. In Lemieux article he expresses how the upper-class treated him as if he were less than a human his first time begging for money, whereas Eighner expresses in his article how the upper-class tend to be very beneficial for dumpster divers and…

Money is power, which people want for themselves. The desire for money is a never ending trip and most individuals will do anything for this control. When people come in to some money, they feel superior, more powerful and above the rest of the other people that have less .they start hanging in crowds with the same level of income, so they feel better. I had a friend who once talk all the time, play together and hangout. When she got older, her family came in to money big time. Now she doesn’t talk to me, and never does anything with me. A…

When someone has more money than another person they tend to brag about it. They are capable of buying more, having more, and doing more than an un-wealthy person. And the people who are not as rich as others struggle. There is a difference between earning the money, when you work hard for it and earn money. But there is also a difference of receiving money for no reason. And that is how most wealthy people are now-a-days. When you work hard to get something, no one should be able to take anything away from you. If you stole something that did not belong to you then its wrong. And most the time someone with a lot of money teases another that is not so wealthy or is not as wealthy as them. They show off their car, house, phone, etc. If you earned a nice house or car or phone you should take advantage of it and keep it knowing you earned it. Some people become wealthy from the lottery, which is also another thing. When someone gains a lot of money they tend to "throw people away". They know they have a lot of money so they get rid of people who used to always help them. The government also "favors" certain individuals giving them money when they do not deserve it or did not work for it. When society pays taxes who does it go to? The people who do not work, the people who can not get a job because of their background, and in most terms it is…

Most peoples lives are based on their morals and beliefs. People believe money is the root of all evil, allowing things of lesser value make them feel they are living the good life. An example of this would be when people purchase an apartment and being just as content as if they would have gotten a big spacious house. However, some also believe wealth is needed to effectively live a good life when you are seeking happiness through things that make you individually well off. An example of this would be buying the newest car rather than a cheaper car. Pursuing happiness through morals can sometimes be dreadful.…

    What Freedom Means to Me

    • 376 Words

For me, freedom is the basis of our lives, because it allows us to aspire to and achieve greatness. Think about it- what would we do if we did not have the ability to say “No”, use ambition, or be creative? How about not being able to attend school, choose our own spouses, or work wherever we desired? You see, if we did not have these privileges, it would be nearly impossible to progress from one point to the next. The working and social class you were born into would be where you would remain for the rest of your life. But with freedom, we are allowed to do whatever we so choose in order to improve our lives, financial situations, and world. This is why freedom is so important- it keeps our entire world running, often without us even being aware of it.…
