Actually this book is a work book which is multi level series is decided for the students. Specifically the students who need English for professional communication within the hotel and tourism industries. This book also explore some of the world’s top tourist destinations with material which is taken from Dorling Kindersley’s acclaimed eyewitness travel guides. Consistence with its purpose, this book bring the working world into the classroom with authentic material from companies such as British airways. Beside that, it builds confidence in working in English with effective communication strategies for workplace situation such as giving advice, taking bookings and dealing with complaints.

2. Appropriateness.
This book is designed in level of pre intermediate course for the students. As we know that this book is a book contains learning materials which is used in learning process by both of teacher and students, and it is also used as the resources of the materials and the guideline for classroom activities. I think that this book fulfills the needs of the users, gives a complete material, is interesting, and offers various styles to meet different needs of the students. The course book evaluation can be done before the course book is used in the classroom in a purpose of choosing a new course book in the class, or can be done while and after the process of learning to see the strengths, weaknesses and suitability of that book. This evaluation is usually done by the teachers themselves or the teachers can ask the expert for a deeper review.
