The Advantages of Working Part Time While Studying
The advantages of working part time while studying
Now life is all about being multifunctional and diverse, in order to win the race for success therefore it is important that a person takes calculated steps in everything he does in order to be the winner in the race. In my opinion I think that students who have jobs while they are still study should be fine.
Firstly, unlike studies in school, college is all about learning to be a part of the practical world and the challenges that it brings with it. What, then can be better then stepping into the professional shoes and apply the knowledge learned right away into the work one is associated with. Not only does working give a person firsthand experience in the field, it also encourages creativity and productivity in college, since working helps in developing a better understanding of what is being taught.
It is an accepted fact that society is so demanding today that one needs to make a very strong profile in order to reach to the very top. Nowadays, the best companies do not hire new employees on the basis of their result at college or university alone; they require something more than mere intelligence. They require passion and brilliance from day one, which is only possible through having past work experience. The exposure contributes towards creating useful contacts for future references.
The most best part if a teenagers have a job while they are studying is learnt the value of money. This will make them to realize how their parents struggle to get enough money to make sure their child needs can be full fill by them. By this they will learnt the important and the value of money and they won’t simply spend it. They will make sure that the money that they earn will not simply spend for unnecessary things.
As the conclusion, if the student is managing to balance him or her time well, there should be no problem if the student wants to do the part time job. Besides that, much benefit that the student will gain

Some people think that learning is not important to them, but others disagree because it is providing people tools and knowledge to learn based on whatever they are doing and what they have been taught from. However, we learn because it some things that it is in our DNA, which is requiring us to learn, but working is another way for people to learn by getting “hand on” experience. There’s a time in life when teens want to get a head jump into their adulthood. To show that they’re maturing, some teenagers start smoking, while others start dating to show their responsibility and commitments towards relationships, but most of them start working part- time in order to have money to do the things they wish to do. In fact, I got my first job at the age of 15 when I was a freshman in high school. The reason why I chose to work was because I wanted to save some money for college. Although I work to save money for school, many of my friends work to save money for new-fashioned clothing and shoes. As a result of working, my GPA dropped from a 3.83 to 3.55 during my senior year. Earning money to spend can be a good thing, but having a job does hurt a teenager in several ways. Therefore, students who are attending school shouldn’t work during the school year because working has a negative effect on the student’s school success as well as his/her future.…

Most students work jobs so that they have money to do things that they want to. Normally students who work don’t make more than minimum wage. In some families though, this money may be needed to help support the needs of the family. All of the positives about having a part-time job have one big caveat. Students cannot usually be employed more than 20 hours per week or their grades begin to suffer, they do less homework, and they are more likely to drop out (Gisler & Eberts, 2016). Your grades could suffer more if you were without a job than if you had a job during school. The busier you are, the more focused you become. Working really makes you more structured; you have a lot of things to do in a short amount of time, so it’s important to keep up with it all (Laskowski, 2009). So, if they get paid for grades and don’t get a job because you don’t have to, you won’t be structured as if you had a…

A personal life is imperative to have in high school; working a job while a high school student creates less time to have one. Some jobs put people on call, so students wouldn’t be able to make plans with their friends due to the fact that they don’t know when they could be called into work. The long hours that students are working, make it so that a schedule looks something like: school, work, then home. Parents may be against their students holding jobs. They might not think that their children are prepared to have the level of responsibility that jobs require. Students should only be able to hold jobs if their parents say that they can. Some parents may be over protective, or worried about their child causing them to not want their child to have a job. The choice of students as young as fourteen having jobs should not be left up to only the student. Parents should always have a say on what their children do. If they don’t think that their child should have a job, then it shouldn’t be allowed. Jobs should make employees that are young get some sort of permission slip signed.…

Moreover, some students find that the money they earn while working becomes a goal. Although these students are good in their education, they want to work and earn money for their living. It is always difficult to do two things simultaneously. They may think, “What’s the use of studies when I am earning money?” From that point, they pay a very little attention towards studies and give more importance to their job. For example, they don’t attend classes; instead they go and work for money resulting into bad grades. Working while going to high school will lessen the focus on what should be prioritized, students' full concentration on academic study, school's extracurricular activities, social and family life. Students tend to have troubles fitting these elements together on one schedule. If students take part-time jobs, it will become even harder to hold a solid schedule that balances different aspects of their lives. Their efforts will shift towards getting to work on time, doing their jobs well to satisfy their bosses, and making money. By the end of the night when their shifts are done, students will return home exhausted and rush through their work to get enough rest without much effort. They will face struggles to maintain good grades and do not spend enough time with friends, families, or explore their own hobbies.…
