Describe and analyse how political, legal and social factors are impacting upon the business activities for the same organisation used in P5 and their stakeholders and another contrasting organisations. And also Evaluate how future changes in economic, political, legal and social factors, may impact on the strategy of the specified organisation. P6,M3,D2
To do this, simply describe some of the important changes that are taking placing using appropriate facts and figures. You only need to examine the Political, Legal and Social factors affecting the business and its stakeholders. You need to investigate how the changes in political, legal and social factors are affecting the two business organisations.
Which of the factors are having the most significant impact and what sort of impact are they having (positives or negatives)? What sort of changes the business have made as a result of these external factors and how is the business coping with these changes (positive or negatives)? Can something else be done? Justify your answers. You’ve already looked at current changes affecting the business organisation, you now need to think about future changes and how they my impact on the organisation. What are the likely new challenges facing the business. Find predictions and forecasts about likely changes in the economy, possible implications of changes in government policy and possible implications of changes in society.
