Teaching Is An Art For The Teachers Who Spend All Their Love To Students
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN TEACHING LANGUAGE
Teaching is an art for the teachers who spend all their love to students. Teaching is not only the way to deliver their knowledge but also teach them how to behave and success in their future. After learning teaching method course. I gain some experiences for myself. To be successful in teaching, I found out that discipline is one of the most important role. Then, lesson plan must prepared carefully and the lesson should be easy and interesting.
First of all, my first question when i attended some classes in my observation that is why discipline is important. It is because it creates safe learning environment for both students and teachers. Discipline is of great importance in schools. If there is no discipline in schools, it is not possible to imp education effectively. It is necessary to maintain law an order in the society. The teacher can inspire lessons effectively without classroom disruption, and students can receive a quality education without constant distractions. ] Discipline is the training of the mind and character. It must be instilled in us from very young age. It must begin at home and continued in school.
Secondly, Planning and preparing for instruction is the best way to ensure that a lesson is implemented smoothly. The reason why that is when you start teaching without preparing the lesson carefully, you will recognize how difficult it really is to communicate instructional content to a classroom full of students. Then you do not feel frustrated. However, preparing the lesson is like a plan that help you know what you going to say in order and it is easy to follow when you teach, and you will not miss any information that you want to tell the student. Prepared the lesson plan carefully not only make you minimize your mistakes when you teach the students, but also help you feel comfortable to be in class.
Finally, an effect way to teach that is to make the lesson as simple as you can by using simple words or words and grammars that you know the students are already known. Why? It not only help the students review the words but also grammar, so they can be interested in the lesson. They want to learn and they feel comfortable to communicate. Also, you can start by telling them a funny story which is related to the lesson and suitable for their level. You can make the lesson more interesting by interacting with the students as asking them to guess the words in the situation or role play. To make the lesson simplify is difficult. However, if you know your students' level and using the technique above, it will be easier for you.
To be a teacher is an art and teaching needs time to build up. To make it easily you need to be discipline, prepare the lesson carefully and make the lesson interesting by simplify it.

We all have our own definition of what discipline is and its appropriate use. “The word Discipline is derived from the word Disciple, which means the follower of a teacher”(Meyer). A teacher educates through examples and guidance rather than punishment. Modeling appropriate behaviors and enlightening children on natural consequences are lessons teachers will instill on their students. “We say we want to teach our children proper behavior and help them develop self-discipline. Yet instead, we have adopted strategies that are the direct opposite of teaching and instead are just clever guises of manipulation and control.” (Tsabary) Many people believe that the only way to get the response or action they expect from children is through physical discipline and threats. People who believe this to be the only answer are uneducated and inexperienced with disciplining children.…

For example, in my small group, the students can be easily distracted and appreciate fast-paced instruction. Giving each student manipulatives has not worked in my favor, so I use the manipulatives and the students teach me how to manipulate them to solve our math problems – after I previously demonstrated how to use them. Additionally, I have realized how much the majority of the students appreciate kinesthetic activities and puppets. I have incorporated some of the knowledge I have of the students into my lesson plans.…

From observing my peers and experienced teachers, I have seen that effective teaching can be delivered in different ways yet still has certain key aspects. Perhaps the most important aspect of effective teaching is good planning. If it is well planned, the aims of the lesson will be clear to both the teacher and the students. A good example of this was a lesson by DL, which I observed on the twelfth of September 2013.…

“Good teaching is a skillful blend of artistic and scientific elements. Teaching as an art involves beliefs, emotions, values and flexibility, while teaching as a science utilizes instructional practices that are proven by research to improve student achievement” (Snowman and Biehler, 2006). According to (Peters, R.) teaching can involve formal methods of instruction as well as informal ways of organizing things so that children will be led to discover things for themselves. According to (Manning, H. 2003, p. 11) “A teacher is the one to impart knowledge to students in different ways to assist learning.” Teaching factors are considered if something must be accomplished. It is practically stating that teaching is what is being taught, who is being taught, by whom it is being taught and to how many individuals on a daily basis. The act of teaching is accomplished by preparation of the designated teacher. The teacher therefore must be thoroughly educated.…
