The Silk Roads became an important role for trade by exchanging goods, religions, ideas, and technology. The Silk roads consisted of land routes from China to the Roman Empire and sea lanes as well. These routes were dependent on imperial stability from the empires that controlled them. The merchants on the Silk Roads also relied on the empires to keep them safe while they traded and traveled. Between 200 B.C.E and 1450 B.C.E, the dominant religion changed from Buddhism to Islam and the security and stability of the routes changed from the Persian Empire to the Turks and Mongols; on the other hand, there was a constant spread of disease and the spreading of technology and ideas stayed the same.…

Lockers in pieces Saturday morning, papers scattered everywhere upon what used to be a high school campus. Ashes, bricks and pieces lay everywhere. All of this destruction because of one “homemade black powder pipe bomb” that was set Friday evening at 4 p.m. according to Izzy Moppin. “And then I heard screaming.” exploded Mopin, after she had heard the “terrific explosion.” Although not all of the school was damaged, the majority will undergo some heavy construction in the weeks to come after the first school bomb was detonated in Central City School District history.…

All equipment used in the work place, classroom must be regularly checked for serviceability with any findings reported, any accidents or incidents must be recorded in an accident book which must be available to any enquiring body. The Assessment is an essential part of the learning process. I t allows you as a teacher to see if your learners are progressing and recognise any areas of weakness. 'Assessment serves many different purposes. It can grade the attainment of learners, help select candidates or future courses, contribute to evidence on the effectivness of courses and teachers, and provide a long term goal for learners '. Petty, G (2004). When delivering a course that it is accredited it is vital that assessment takes place as this will be outlined in the accreditation. Assessment is a way of finding out if learning has taken place. It enables you, the assessor to ascertain if your learner has gained the required skills and knowledge needed at a given point towards their programme or qualification. You may be teaching and assessing groups and/or individuals within your organisation, assessing online programmes, or assessing individuals in their place of work, for example towards National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). Depending upon the subject you are assessing, you will need to devise suitable ways of assessing your learners to check their progress. It could be that assessment materials have already been produced for you, for example, assignments, written questions or tests.…
