Charging for Better
According to science, humans have evolved, and throughout history we see evidence of how these social animals have habituated to different situations. As things got discovered and inventions were made, they grew civilized. Humans organized themselves and thus government system was introduced to lead the human kind forward in a systematic and democratic manner. But as time went by obstacles came, and undoubtedly one such obstacle is world population. Government intervention and external awareness can only help fight this world wide problem, and undoubtedly, rising population is one of the most worried issues at the moment. The governments discourages people to have more children in order to maintain the living standard and save resources and the nation from poverty and economic fall by charging tax more tax.
Looking into the pages of history, we would see that The United Nations declared 'Five Billion Day' in the mid 1987 and by the the end of 2012, UN figures that global population hits 7 billion. An astounding 40% growth just took place in 20 years. It is very much clarified that rise in population, with the world's current resources is not at all encouraged. Even though the Governments did try to increase awareness on issues such as the importance of family planning, gender equality, poverty etc., rise in the population seemed unaffected.
Looking into the second and third world countries, would keep us astonished as how population has effected drastically, often in a negative manner. Most of the time, rise in population has led to poverty, fall in standard of living and fall in the country's economic growth. The reasons are scarcity of resources, and huge gap between distribution
