T-Group Reflection: First Semester Taking Human Services Classes
T-Group Reflection This is my first semester taking human services classes. It has been quite the experience I have to say. For most of it I have enjoyed learning about the skills I will need as a helping professional, but it also scares me a little. When I first learned that I had to be in T-groups for interpersonal relations I freaked out. I freaked out because I am both shy and an introvert, so the idea of having to speak to people terrifies me. Over all, T-groups have been a great learning experience for me and I am sure they will continue to be so. To begin, the first two groups we had were extremely awkward.
