And they are autocratic and democratic style Vs

Autocratic leadership
This style is the one person show that controls everyone iron handily he is the alpha and omega in the management. Managers engaged in conflict resolution must appreciate that the approaches to conflict resolution are different depending on the personality type of those involved the use of autocratic style. Individual behaviour at work is influenced by personality and self-image and this can be done in this style.

Democratic leadership style

It is the participating ledership style this style suggest and focuse how a leder makes contract with the people working around him and perform the task. In this style the leader make good contact with the employees and perform thre task well enough.
In the syngenta case , syngenta use the democratic style so its chance of doing well is high because it is so far the best style available.
