Beethoven was born December 1770 in Bonn Germany. At the age of seven he has presented his first piano performance. He had a belief that music was not only met for entertainment but for moral value as well, and in 1819 he become completely deaf. Symphony number 5 was written between1804-1808 and was first performed in Vienna’s theatre in Austria. The symphony consist of four movements and was considered as one of the Beethoven’s greatest

Throughout this theme he shifts the motive to different pitches and instruments. The second theme is in E flat major and starts with a varied basic motive of short-short-short-long-long-long.
