Swot Analysis Of Master Cheng-Yen
The three strengths of Master Cheng-Yen are belief, consistency, and empathy. Master Cheng-Yen has a good belief that lead her into a Buddha realm. The Buddhist is the good tool for her to doing the charitable business. The consistency is easiest thing can find from Master Cheng-Yen. She follows the spirit of love and help to carry forward Tzu Chi to the whole world. Last, the empathy is the result that she wants to establish Tzu Chi. People have their own rights in the world equally. However, the rights usually blocked by reality. Therefore, Master Cheng-Yen wants to realize the Buddhist spirit to change this phenomenon and help people around the world.
