SWOTS ANALYSIS OF INNOCENT DRINKS: Internal:

Strengths: * Owners are 3 young men experienced with management consulting and advertising, which is crucial when starting a business. Thus by having this fundamental skills, they have an advantage in starting their business as compared to someone who does not have the knowledge of business. * Have aims and objectives. * High ambition, motivation and excellent personal caliber.
This allows them to fulfill their mission and vision, aims and objectives. * Carried out testing and researching * Found out smoothies taste good from customers * Healthy product, which contains daily dose of fruits * Environmentally responsible (uses 25% post-consumer recycled plastic in its bottles and uses renewable energy) * Excellent supply and management (forecasting orders on behalf of retailers on a daily basis) * Always expanding * Sales took off in up-market store * Found three favorite recipe * Large market and is expanding internationally, at a global scale * Knows how to manage employees * Respects employees and at the same time rewarding them * Innovative, always evolving existing products * Great contribution from employees * Unadulterated -brand image * Won side of the genetically modified debate * Created charity that works with project that help bring the nature and communities close together * Able to guarantee zero wastage * Good quality and effective logistics * Fruit towers allowed business to seem more fun and interesting place to work in * Open design of fruit towers allows communication and teamwork bringing employees closer

Weaknesses: * Expensive drinks * Price is mostly on content * High price means smoothies ate likely to remain a niche product aimed at wlel off people * Took longer than expected to start earning profits * Low sales * Was hard to diffuse products into markets * Long time
