Switching Classes In Elementary Schools
In elementary schools around the United States, you stay with the same teacher all day. Many elementary schools are switching class because it helps out the teacher. In my personal opinion, I specifically think we should be able to switch classes in elementary school. In the text, examples from the text why we should be able to switch classes.
Switching class allows teachers to get more creative when they are teaching the same lesson all day. When teachers teach the same lesson all day they can creative when they are doing the lesson over and over. In the article it mentioned, “When a teacher teaches the same lesson throughout the day, he or she can ensure that students fully understand the material.” When kids switch classes their teachers are masters of the subject instead of staying with the same teacher that might not understand it as good. …show more content…
If had to buy thirty items for each teacher's class it would cost a lot, but when there is just one teacher teaching math they would need to buy thirty items. When switching classes in elementary school you are getting prepared for middle school and high school.
