Imagine a blazing fire sparking through a forest… is this fire beneficial or detrimental? In the summer of 1988, forest fires burned out of control in Yellowstone National Park. Although massive, uncontrollable forest fires can pose a threat to our environment, it is also evident that fire can be a catalyst for renewal.
