Introduction
In this paper I aimed to identify Mr X issues as indicated by the given case study, and devising a course of treatment plan with boundaries of ethical concerns for him accordingly, and whether I have the experience to treat him or should refer him to a more experienced therapist. In this essay I will identify key information which may lead me to believe that Mr X’s issues are and also try to identify gaps in the case study details provided.
Identification of client’s Issues
Mr X of the given case study is a middle aged man working for an organization for 18 years. Still he is not confident enough to apply for the post of manager lying vacant in his company.
