The book bridge to Terabithia is about a boy named Jesse Aaron's. Jesse wanted to be the fastest kid in the fifth grade. Jesse love to run and draw for fun;his family was poor and he was the only boy. Jesse raise the fifth graders and ended up losing to a girl named Leslie. Jesse disliked her for a little but then they ended up being friends. They found a rope over a creek and called the land Terabithia. They both became king and queen of the land and even build themselves castles. Jesse brings Leslie a puppy for Christmas; they name him Prince Terrien and make him guardian of Terabithia. Jess's music teacher invites him to go to Washington D.C. When Jesse gets home his family tells him that Leslie had died from trying to get to Terabithia
