Substance Abuse Therapy: A Case Study
I want to work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I will offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they are striving for.

My techniques are drawn from Cognitive-behavioral and Person-Centered therapies and other counseling techniques appropriate for you. For couples, marriage, and family counseling, we will incorporate Solution-focused therapy and Gottman techniques. For substance abuse therapy, we will focus on cognitive and behavioral techniques to assist you in recovery. My effective counseling
