Our case study details how Verizon Wireless demonstrates value to the team, company, and shareholder through a structured framework of training and layers of strategic goals which define success. This successful framework would constitute what is termed a Hierarchical culture due to the processes which define their internal focus and control over flexibility (Kinicki, 2012). Verizon achieves top marks in various polls due to their consistent ability to drive customer satisfaction through service. This high customer satisfaction result can be attributed to the focused training programs, hiring processes and involved leadership.
