Social-Conflict Paradigm- assists researchers in focusing on the inequality in society. The inequalities studied often generate conflict as well as social change. I believe that people and experiences in my life have change the way I view this world. Growing up I thought I would end up going to school and getting my degree in Business Administration. However, it all changed when I saw one of my good friend go through the heart break of losing her daughter to Cancer. Seeing her go through the heartbreak, made me realize that I wanted to help and learn more about patients with Cancer. Without the interaction and the heartbreak of seeing my friend lose her daughter, I would have never had the will or motivation to return back to school and learn how I can help cancer
